Customer Service Move Manager

We are currently working with a family-run business that specializes in international removals. They are seeking a Customer Service Move Manager for their team based in Surrey.

The Customer Service Move Manager will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout their move, from booking to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the logistics of each move, ensuring a smooth transition for the client.
  • Collecting custom documents and ensuring they are suitable for shipping.
  • Ensuring customers understand their role in the move and any requirements.
  • Collaborating with the operations and admin teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records, including contracts and invoices.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service and ideally a background in the removals industry. Excellent communication skills and a good phone manner are essential.
