Position - Sales Counter Representative

We are currently seeking a Sales Counter Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will engage with customers both in person and over the phone, focusing on establishing strong relationships while delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotes for clients, following up on inquiries, and actively pursuing sales opportunities. While familiarity with various timber and related products is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate. A positive attitude is paramount.

As a member of a close-knit team, you will interact with our customers on a daily basis. It is essential that you become a familiar and welcoming presence, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, diligent, and possess a can-do attitude.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in a timber or building supply environment is preferred.
  • A proactive and positive mindset in all tasks.
  • A passion for being part of a successful team.
  • Strong communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
  • A commitment to going above and beyond for our customers.

Working Hours – Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
