Pine Trees Hotel is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our culinary team in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through innovative menu creation and exceptional food presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase local produce and exceed guest expectations
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient food costing and effective staff management
  • Maximize sales and profit while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve consistently high standards

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a 4- or 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work within a budget and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food
