Job Purpose

To support and assist in delivering the email marketing and communication campaigns for the firm, which are part of a market leading multi-channel client acquisition, conversion, and retention strategy.

  • Produce engaging email content with clear calls to action.
  • Support with the checking and testing of emails.
  • Data checking for campaigns and assisting with data management where required.
  • Generate regular reports and feedback on campaign performances by interpreting data and producing reports against KPIs.
  • General maintenance of the email marketing system.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a flexible approach.
  • Work collaboratively across the marketing team.
Person Specification
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely, in writing and verbally.
