They are on an ambitious trajectory to double their turnover in the next five years and are currently seeking a Sales Engineering Specialist to contribute to this vision.
This engaging role involves delivering technical sales support and fostering collaboration across all departments responsible for providing comprehensive product solutions.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, presenting creative solutions tailored to their specific business needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through their complete sales journey, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Leverage extensive product knowledge to meet customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Interpret technical CAD drawings to assist clients in understanding product specifications.
- Work alongside internal teams to enhance product knowledge and refine sales presentations.
- Identify and cultivate potential clients, building lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contract terms to satisfy both client and company objectives.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training, and ongoing support as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with sales team members and technical specialists to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in designing customized products, ensuring they meet client specifications.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical environment, ideally within sales or technical support.
- Proven experience in sales or working with sales teams from a technical standpoint.
