We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our secondary care psychology service, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred, evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing psychosis and their loved ones.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including care coordinators, peer support workers, and other agencies, to provide comprehensive care to our service users. You will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with complex mental health needs, including psychosis, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in CBTp and FIp.
As a Clinical Psychologist at NELFT, you will benefit from expert supervision, regular CPD sessions, and access to a range of training opportunities, including EMDR, MBT, DBT, and Schema therapy. We value the importance of integrated working and encourage our staff to engage in collaborative practice to deliver high-quality services to our service users.

Person Specification- Post-graduate qualification in clinical or counselling psychology
- Registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs, including psychosis
- Knowledge and experience of working with safeguarding issues, risk, and highly complex mental health problems
- Assessment and treatment planning skills for clients with complex needs
- Thorough knowledge of evidence-based interventions for psychosis and CBT
- Knowledge of research methodology, research design, and data analysis
