XCL Management Global Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our esteemed manufacturing client. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate supply of materials to designated areas within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate both manual and automated machinery efficiently.
- Engage in manual lifting and handling of materials.
- Organize and ensure that goods are sorted accurately and promptly in their respective areas.
- Conduct quality inspections of products to maintain high standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting team members across various areas.
- Participate in additional training sessions as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Production Operative is essential.
- Ability to commute to the workplace during non-standard hours.
- Comfortable with manual handling, including heavy products and materials.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
