We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Manager to join our supported living service in Suffolk. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Provide training and development opportunities for support workers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a supported living setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to care delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
