About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Woolwich. As a key member of our Lettings team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in your designated area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results against plans and budgets
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives to promote our brand
  • Work independently to maintain a strong brand reputation and build relationships with clients and peers
Requirements
  • Proven track record in Residential Lettings, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team, building strong internal and external relationships
  • Passion for Spicerhaart, our brands, values, and processes
  • Experience in building new client relationships, leveraging existing relationships, and maximizing revenue through quality instructions and book growth
  • Ability to predict and react to market trends to drive business growth
