Key Responsibilities:

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring timely payment of invoices. Your duties will include:

  • Chasing outstanding payments and resolving any disputes that may arise
  • Communicating with customers to understand their payment needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure that credit limits are set appropriately and that customers are not over-extended
