We're looking for a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates.

About the Role:

  • You'll be responsible for deterring loss on the sales floor and acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • You'll work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
  • You'll need to demonstrate your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • You'll also be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
