Curo, a leading housing association, is seeking a skilled Retrofit Coordinator to join our expanding energy efficiency team. As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents through the retrofit process, promoting energy efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in community engagement events to promote energy efficiency and retrofit benefits.
- Act on behalf of residents to ensure a smooth and compliant retrofit process.
- Ensure all retrofit projects are compliant with PAS 2035 protocols for energy efficiency retrofit of domestic buildings.
- Produce whole house retrofit plans to PAS 2035 protocols for energy efficiency retrofit of domestic buildings.
- Engage with funding options and client-specific pathways, such as SHDF, ECO4, LAD, or relevant government schemes.
You will be working closely with an Energy Sustainable Lead, Project Surveyors, Property Inspectors, Technical Manager, and Strategic Asset Manager to ensure all Curo properties meet energy efficiency targets by 2030.
Requirements- Strong customer service skills.
- Qualification with a Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
- Experience in construction project planning and/or delivery.
- Background in project delivery in retrofit projects over £5m in value.
- Background in data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Background in leading projects dealing with scale and costs.
- 26 days annual leave (plus public holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years.
