About the Role: We are collaborating with a prestigious care organization seeking a Lead Manager to oversee their children's care services. This position is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for the operational and care delivery aspects of the service, reporting directly to senior management.
- Foster and maintain relationships with local authorities and relevant health bodies.

Qualifications:
