We are in search of a proficient Mechanical Engineer with a specialization in plumbing and heating, particularly within the realm of reactive maintenance. In this role, you will be tasked with executing timely and effective repairs and maintenance on plumbing and heating systems across multiple facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly address reactive maintenance requests related to plumbing and heating systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose issues and formulate effective repair strategies.
  • Carry out repairs, replacements, and adjustments on plumbing and heating apparatus, including pipes, valves, boilers, and radiators.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify problems such as leaks, blockages, and system failures.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow engineers and technicians to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Follow safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a plumbing/heating focus in a reactive maintenance context.
  • Thorough understanding of plumbing and heating systems, including their components and repair methodologies.
  • Strong diagnostic skills to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing plumbing and heating equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in both repairs and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
