Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Life Safety Specialist at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our pool operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain a safe environment in our swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly, relaxed, and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized pool area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing training records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
