About the Role

We are seeking a career-minded IFA to join our team at Robinson Financial Careers, a leading Chartered Wealth Management firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take on a challenging role and progress their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional advice and solutions to clients, adhering to FA regulations and group standards.
  • Generate new client opportunities through self-generated introductions, professional connections, and existing clients.
  • Identify and provide new business opportunities across a broad range of financial planning needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and document all information needed to provide financial advice.
  • Research and analyze suitable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain client records and provide regular client contact.
  • Achieve growth and intergenerational planning through a focus on service and growth.
Requirements
  • Achievement and maintenance of CAS and a minimum of level 4 diploma qualification (desired Chartered status or working towards).
  • Relevant and recent experience of working within a similar role in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated by an ability to work with and communicate effectively across a wide range of client profiles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as a high attention to detail.
  • Keeping up to date with changes that impact client financial situations and providing appropriate guidance and advice.
  • High levels of commercial awareness.
  • Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
  • Strong knowledge of all financial planning, with a specific focus on holistic financial planning.
