Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and solutions to clients in accordance with FA regulations and group standards.
  • Generate new client opportunities through self-generated introductions, professional connections, and existing clients.
  • Identify and provide new business opportunities across a broad range of financial planning needs.
  • Gather, analyse, and document all information needed to provide financial advice.
  • Research and analyse suitable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain client records and provide regular client contact.
  • Achieve growth and intergenerational planning through a focus on service.

Requirements

  • Achievement and maintenance of CAS and a minimum of level 4 diploma qualification (desired Chartered status or working towards).
  • Relevant and recent experience of working within a similar role within financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
  • Strong knowledge of all financial planning with a specific focus on holistic financial planning.
