Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Electromechanical Systems Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. This role is pivotal in providing technical assistance for our electric actuator products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), motor drivers, and industrial communication systems.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive user manuals and technical documentation.
  • Perform thorough investigations and testing to assess product performance and reliability.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Degree or HND in Electronics, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in PLCs and programming languages such as Ladder Logic or Structured Text.
  • Understanding of electrical motion control systems used in industrial settings.
  • The willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
  • Experience in inspecting and testing electronic devices.
  • Familiarity with pneumatic and electrical testing equipment.
  • Project management skills to effectively plan and execute tasks.
  • Prior experience in providing technical product support.
  • Experience in delivering technical training sessions.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and IO-Link.
