Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated mental health specialist to support our team in delivering high-quality outpatient individual therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy to outpatients who require therapeutic intervention.
  • Work with a range of adult mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.

Requirements:

  • At least three years post-qualification experience of working with adult mental health issues.
  • Good knowledge of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), risk assessment, and risk management.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar setting and with a range of adult mental health issues.
  • Desirable skills: CBT, CBT-e, DBT, or EMDR.
