Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of our manufacturing clients in the Mirfield area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with experience in fault finding on PLCs and a strong understanding of production equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide electrical and mechanical support to production and equipment at all times
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery, including shredding machines, pulling machines, large ovens, guillotines, packaging machinery, and inverters
  • Fault finding will be a part of the daily role on PLCs, including Siemens and Mitsubishi
  • Must have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Apprentice trained with NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND/OND or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Ideally have experience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineer role
  • Must have experience of fault finding on PLCs
