Job Title: Early Years Instructor

Join our team of passionate and dedicated professionals as an Early Years Instructor at Ultimate Activity Camps. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging activities to our young campers.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as an Early Years Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities that promote learning, development, and fun for our 4-5 year old campers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the needs of our young campers, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of our campers at all times, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with our Early Years Leader to maintain high-quality care and support for our campers.
  • Supervise and engage with our campers outside of activity times, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Recognize and adapt to the individual needs of our campers, ensuring that activities are tailored to meet their unique requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children aged 4-5 in a sport, art, or education setting.
  • Confident instructor, able to adjust delivery and structure according to age and ability.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a passion for delivering high-quality activities that promote learning and development.
