About the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the daily IT operations, which includes:
  • Providing first-line support to both staff and students, addressing their IT queries.
  • Installing software and configuring systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues efficiently.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will work towards achieving a Level 3 Information Communications qualification, guided by our experienced training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Day in the Life:
In this role, you will:
  • Offer support via phone and in-person to IT users.
  • Maintain IT equipment to ensure it meets high standards.
  • Prepare and test portable devices for user availability.
  • Identify and rectify IT faults.
  • Install hardware and software under the supervision of the IT Manager.
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.

Training and Support:
Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided by both your workplace mentor and the Baltic team, ensuring you gain the skills needed to thrive in this dynamic field.

Compensation and Benefits:
