We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Recruit North Ltd. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Clarins products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Clarins products and services to customers
- Provide expert advice on skincare and beauty products
- Conduct customer consultations and makeovers
- Give skin care treatments to customers
- Match make-up colours to customers' skin tones
- Provide skin care advice and recommendations
- Maximize sales opportunities and exceed sales targets
- Maintain and manage effective stock control
- Order new stock and merchandise
- Create customer loyalty and retention programs
- Lead promotional activities and product demonstrations
- Manage counter administration and paperwork
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Have an interest in retailing and sales
- Confidence in demonstrating skincare, colour, and fragrance products
- Demonstrate excellent selling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills
- Comfortable working to targets
- Takes pride in their work
- Has an eye for detail
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Starting salary of £11.50 per hour plus commission
- 35 hours per week
- 5 days per week, including Saturdays
- 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday)
