About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Graduate Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards throughout the kitchen and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Take ownership of stock management and health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Commis Chef or higher in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of classic cookery and seasonal British ingredients.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough knowledge of kitchen etiquette and practice, including waste reduction, cleanliness, and punctuality.
  • Level 2 food safety certification.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional quality and service.
