We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant (SEN) to join our team at EdEx Education Recruitment. As a Teaching Assistant (SEN), you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to children with SEN/SEMH needs in a classroom setting
- Assist class teachers in planning and delivering lessons, including Maths, Reading, and Writing
- Promote physical, emotional, academic, and social development through learning and play
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Graduate with strong academic qualifications
- Confident and hardworking individual with a passion for inspiring children
- Experience working with children and SEN/SEMH needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A competitive daily rate of £105-£110
- A term-time only, long-term, full-time contract
- The opportunity to work in a brilliant school in a supportive and respectful environment
