Deputy Nurse Manager Position

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at a private nursing home in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
About the RoleThe Deputy Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of nursing personnel, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating patient care plans to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with care home policies and procedures, implementing and enforcing safety protocols
- Manage nursing resources efficiently, participating in budget planning and control
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement necessary changes
- NMC Registered
- Past experience working in a care home environment
