Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with a highly motivated team to provide the highest quality care to residents.
- Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure.
- Keep clear and accurate records at all times.
- Provide clinical care where required.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Assist the Nurse Manager and manage a team of nurses in the home.
- Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse.
- 6+ months of Nursing/Charge Nurse experience.
- Valid NMC registration.
- Enhanced overtime rates.
- Enhanced Bank holiday rates.
- Provided meals.
- Ongoing training.
