Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Team Leader to join our Health Design and Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to support the delivery of health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to support the delivery of health services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of health services.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational leadership and management, preferably in a health-related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
