About the RoleThe Credit Controller will play a crucial role in managing our end-to-end collections process. You will work closely with colleagues across the telematics business to resolve customer queries, achieve cash collection targets, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Collection Targets: Deliver monthly cash collection targets by effectively managing the collections process.
- Invoice Management: Ensure timely payment of invoices by adhering to the collection cycle and communicating with customers as needed.
- Account Statements and Invoices: Prepare and issue account statements, copy invoices, and credit notes as required.
- Credit and Refund Requests: Compile and submit credit and refund requests for approval.
- Direct Debit and Recurring Payments: Facilitate the setup and management of Direct Debit and recurring payment arrangements.
- Terminations for Non-Payment: Ensure timely terminations for non-payment in line with the collections cycle.
- Ledger Management: Compile detailed ledgers for review with the Credit Manager.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues impacting collections and work with the Credit Manager to implement process improvements.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support customer retention and financial targets.
