Financial Controller

We're a dynamic and forward-thinking global business that's passionate about delivering innovative solutions for our customers. As a Credit Controller at Radius Payment Solutions, you'll play a vital role in our success by managing the end-to-end collections process.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver cash collection targets every month by ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Manage customer queries around invoicing and payments, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Reconcile payments to ensure accurate allocation and identify any discrepancies.
- Compile credit and refund requests for approval, and facilitate Direct Debit and recurring payment setup.
- Work closely with the Credit Manager to identify risks and issues impacting collection, and implement process improvements to drive growth.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support customer retention and financial targets.
- Previous experience in credit and collections, preferably with sales ledger management.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international team and drive change.
