We're seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our Guest Experience Team at Haven. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring our visitors feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver welcome packs to guests, setting the tone for a fantastic stay
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests, making them feel at home in our bustling reception area
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns with a smile
  • Share insider knowledge of the local area, enriching guests' stays with tips and recommendations
  • Collaborate with our team to address any guest concerns, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction

Pay Rates:

£16-17, £18-20, £21+ per hour

Working hours are on a rota over a 7-day period, including evenings and weekends. We aim to offer flexibility where possible, including full or part-time hours.
