Position Overview

This role operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring attendance at the office a few days each week.

The Business Process Re-Design (BPR) Transformation Programme is tasked with crafting and executing top-tier, standardized business workflows and technological innovations throughout the Essentra organization.

Role Specifics

This role is designated for the Global Process Lead, who will facilitate the rollout of new policies, practices, standardized workflows, and D365 technology across the organization, with a specific emphasis on finance and reporting integration for a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance Integration Liaison: Serve as a pivotal stakeholder in the finance integration of D365, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial goals.
  • Stakeholder Needs Evaluation: Comprehend stakeholder requirements and evaluate necessary modifications to the implementation framework, managing expectations between essential and desirable features.
  • Template Coordination: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess if modifications to the implementation framework are warranted and facilitate necessary adjustments.
  • Operational Collaboration: Engage with operational sites to identify discrepancies between local needs and the standardized template, developing and executing action plans to bridge these gaps, ensuring endorsement from key users.
  • Understanding Financial Closure: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Essentra's financial closure procedures, ensuring seamless integration within the D365 framework.
  • Financial Reporting Knowledge: Exhibit a solid grasp of D365 financial reporting, the PowerBI tool, ERP reporting structures, account mapping, and IFRS accounting standards, ensuring these elements are well-integrated into the system design.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist Business Process Experts (BPEs) in outlining user-defined requirements, including both business and technical specifications.
  • Support BPEs in ensuring the solution delivers key benefits and aligns with overarching BPR Transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain DevOps (ADO) and ensure timely updates of all assigned activities, including tasks, actions, and decisions.
  • Provide strategic insights in the continuous development of business processes and technology to ensure Essentra maintains leading capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Recognized qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Substantial experience in financial operations and reporting workflows.
  • Strong enthusiasm for transforming organizational processes and advocating best practices to enhance global template system adoption.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with experience in navigating complex relationships and prioritizing competing demands.
  • Experience in managing intricate stakeholder relationships and balancing diverse priorities.
  • Experience in ERP implementation is preferred.
