Compensation: £31,104 total package - (£28,704 annual salary + £200 monthly vehicle allowance)

Location: Milton Keynes

Are you seeking a position that allows you to engage in significant projects for some of the UK's foremost grocery retailers and DIY brands? We offer salaried Team Leader roles where you will be involved in New Store openings, Refurbishments, Product Range Evaluations, and Store Support Initiatives. This role requires you to thrive in a dynamic environment, making swift decisions while leading teams to maintain high merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work schedule typically spans 48 hours from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff executing tasks as per client requirements.
  • Provide updates to management regarding project progress and final sign-offs.
  • Conduct health and safety training and inspections.
  • Shifts are generally 12 hours, covering both day and night (primarily night shifts). Access to available assignments will be facilitated through our Field Power platform, allowing you to manage your availability and accept shifts.
  • Utilize your smartphone for clocking in and out.
  • Work will take place at various retail client locations, with travel varying from shift to shift.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Stock removal and replacement according to client plans and systems.
  • Adjusting shelf heights as necessary.
  • Transporting stock from the warehouse to the sales floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
  • Ensuring stock replenishment.
  • Travel may be required when local assignments are unavailable, with accommodation provided when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capacity to make decisions and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or team management.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach.
  • Physical capability for manual handling and heavy lifting.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be willing to work irregular hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
