Role Title: Finance Manager, reporting directly to the UK CFO

Key Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all finance-related tasks are executed with precision and efficiency. This position serves as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding financial inquiries and is responsible for establishing and maintaining compliance processes and internal audits.
Essential duties include:
- Conducting commercial analysis and evaluating sales trends across various customer and product categories.
- Monitoring customer pricing, margins, and expense trends.
- Leading cost-saving initiatives and managing the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Overseeing the monthly financial close, ensuring completion by day 2 for review and submission by day 3.
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, adjustments, and monthly tax provisions.
- Preparing P&L analysis, financial reports, and VAT/GST returns.
- Generating cash flow reports and forecasts.
- Supervising the finance team, including the Management Accountant and accounts payable/receivable staff.
- Coordinating the annual audit for UK entities.
- Implementing and refining financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Completing ad hoc tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Part Qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in supervising and managing finance team members.
- Proficiency in system development, including report design and procedural changes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple tight deadlines.
- Professional and empathetic communication skills with stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
