We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Tudor Farmhouse Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing and leading a professional brigade and running the kitchen in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Lead by example to ensure consistency and high standards throughout the team.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen management systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to all members of the team.
