Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at THC Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a region and building strong relationships with clients within that area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the region, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company processes and procedures.
- Identify and recruit new customers, developing them into profitable producers of business.
- Manage a territory and be responsible for the quantity and quality of business produced by partners within that region.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering and achieving sales targets within the motor trade or B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the needs of clients within the motor finance industry.
