Energy Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Administrator to join our client's team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will work closely with the client to support their project cost activities and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project activities and manage schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Support the Project Cost & Systems Controller in maintaining accurate project records and financial reports.
- Communicate progress to team members and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Support project meetings and contribute to the development of system manuals, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and maintain key performance indicators.
- Assist with project invoicing, including the issuance of Milestone Certificates for client approval and signature.
- Provide project expenditure support and contribute to the development of financial reports.
- 2+ years of experience as a project cost administrator or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of subsea Oil & Gas operations.
- Database knowledge in project/finance software and cloud-based SharePoint is advantageous.
