Energy Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Administrator to join our client's team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Cost & Systems Controller to coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and communicate progress to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Support project meetings with projects and internal stakeholders
- Support the creation of system manuals, processes, and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and report key performance indicators
- Provide project expenditure support and assist with project invoicing
- Actively participate in HSEQ awareness, education, training, and communication
- 2+ years of experience as a project cost administrator or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of subsea Oil & Gas operations
- Database knowledge in project/finance software and cloud-based SharePoint is advantageous
