We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our nursing leadership team in West Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, prescribing, and delivering care packages for patients with long-term conditions, palliative care, and rehabilitation needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and prescribe care packages for patients with complex needs
- Lead the development of nursing teams and ensure effective delivery of all safeguarding policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and statutory/non-statutory agencies to provide a seamless, integrated service to our service users
- Participate in multi-disciplinary/multi-agency meetings and contribute to service planning
- Implement change and improve clinical practice
- RGN and current NMC registration
- 1st Level degree
- Evidence of continuing professional development and its application
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English Language
- Full and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
