Our team is currently seeking an Archive Coordinator to join our Archives and Sample Management division.

In this role, you will undertake various archival responsibilities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulations such as Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as applicable, supporting different Business Unit Operations. You will ensure timely service delivery to both internal and external clients, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements.

Please note, this is an on-site, office-based position.

Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to embark on a new career path or transition into the scientific sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute a range of sample management and archival tasks, including labeling, receiving, transferring, tracking, inventory management, archiving, shipping, and disposal of samples and/or materials. Conduct core sample accession tasks, including box opening, inventory labeling, receiving/storing, and managing pulls/returns. Utilize tracking systems to maintain the integrity of samples and studies. Accurately interpret protocols and relevant documentation (e.g., Sample Analysis Outline, client paperwork). Document and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate personnel and assist in problem resolution. Adhere to relevant Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and Company Policies. Maintain storage units effectively.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and possess IT proficiency. You should demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adherence to specific timelines.
