Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate work activities for operational teams using various systems.
  • Monitor work output from beginning to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, providing resolutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Process, raise, and close traffic management, footway, road closures, notice, and permit requests.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to assess and make quick decisions.
  • Highly developed organisational and communication skills, with an enjoyment of dealing with a variety of people.
