Job Title: Incident Responder

LinkPool is a prominent player in the validator, oracle provider, infrastructure services, and ecosystem developer sector within the Chainlink ecosystem and broader Web3 industry.

Spearheading modern infrastructure tooling since 2017, LinkPool aims to shape industries by redefining agreements and settlements. Job Description

As an Incident Responder at LinkPool, you will play a key role in upholding high standards in uptime and reliability. Gain valuable expertise in monitoring and managing infrastructure across major L1 and L2 chains, working alongside experienced team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Chainlink nodes, blockchain full nodes, validators, monitoring stack, and Kubernetes cluster setup.
  • Responding to incidents during working hours.
  • Documenting infrastructure and maintenance procedures.
  • Ensuring backup systems are operational.
  • Managing monitoring services effectively.
  • Collaborating with vendors for issue resolution.
  • Participating in after-hours support and on-call rotation.
  • Adhering to incident management procedures.
  • Achieving or exceeding service level agreement expectations.
  • Identifying and resolving issues.
  • Performing root cause analysis.

Requirements:

  • Preferred time zone around GMT+8, GMT, or GMT-8.
  • Passionate about Web3 and Ethereum networks.
  • Experience with Blockchain Full Nodes.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Linux CLI.
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative work ethic.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams.

Desirables:

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Understanding of Ethereum, Solidity, and Chainlink.
  • Knowledge of the DeFi landscape.
