Nurse - Complex Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) to join our team at Lepton Heights care home in Huddersfield. As a Registered Nurse, you will be accountable and responsible for supporting people's holistic needs, providing the highest standards of nursing care for adults living with complex care and health needs.
Our care focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing person-centred nursing care, as well as promoting health and wellbeing, and managing situations when people display behaviours of concern.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is a great role model, able to coach, teach, and support colleagues, and who is knowledgeable about assessment, admission, and discharge processes, as well as the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
