As the Strategic Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service, ensuring it delivers high-quality care that meets the evolving needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Adult Community Services Division, encompassing all aspects of service delivery, planning, and development.
- Champion a patient-centered approach, ensuring that the voices and perspectives of individuals receiving care are integral to service improvements.
- Develop robust business cases to secure funding and resources for strategic initiatives, aligning with the Trust's overall objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-agency partners to foster a coordinated and integrated approach to adult community care.
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvements within the service, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing impact.
- Establish and maintain robust governance structures and risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategic plans that align with national healthcare policy and best practices.
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Extensive senior management experience within an NHS Trust, ideally at or near Board level.
- A deep understanding of current trends and challenges shaping the NHS landscape.
- A Higher degree and/or relevant management qualification.
