About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at a busy private members club in Walmley, Sutton Coldfield. The club has a strong membership base and hosts events seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Cover for the Bar Manager in their absence, with full training provided
  • Work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with potential for increase to 40 hours subject to club requirements and cover
  • Be available to work over 7 days a week, including days and evenings, with a requirement to work at least 2 of the 3 busy shifts over the festive period

Requirements:
