About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Swingers - The Crazy Golf Club. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of bar staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of new cocktails, including specials, and maintain a thorough knowledge of current trends in the market.
  • Ensure that guest expectations are consistently exceeded across the department, providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the training, coaching, and leading of team members to ensure service and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Manage, maintain, and order glassware, barware, and consumables to ensure a well-stocked and efficient bar operation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume, quality cocktail bar or venue.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, a passion for hospitality, and excellent communication skills.
