Job Title: Night Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. As a Night Support Worker, you will be working with clients to live independently within their own home and local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting with medication administration
  • Supporting with meal preparation
  • Supporting with accessing the local community, such as shopping and activities
  • Supporting with day-to-day household duties
  • Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
