Office Angels is collaborating with an innovative and progressive client in the financial services sector, seeking to appoint a Pensions Administration Specialist. This position is dynamic and requires you to be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, effective communication, and personal development within the organization.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration.
  • Progress towards a PMI qualification or equivalent is preferred, or a willingness to pursue such qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficient in pension calculations and interpretation of scheme regulations.
  • Good understanding of relevant legislative matters.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently while fulfilling the role's responsibilities.
  • Capability to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contribute to best practices while mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Experience in managing pension payrolls is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to team objectives, enhance your skills, and expand your professional experience.
  • Provide practical solutions to pension-related inquiries.
  • Prepare clear and informative documentation for stakeholders.
  • Engage with pension scheme members, clients, and external parties.
  • Assist scheme members throughout their pension journey.
  • Support the payroll team (training will be provided).
