About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Data Steward - Senior Manager to join our team at CORUS Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise-wide data strategy that enables better decision-making, generates new insights, attains operational excellence, and minimizes firm risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define an Overall Vision and Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive data governance strategy and roadmap for our Candidate and Recruiting data domain, working closely with the Global HR Data Governance Director, Global Data Steward for Worker data, Data Governance CoE, and leaders in the HR and Candidate and Recruiting space.
  • Identify Data Opportunities: Understand the end-to-end data lifecycle for our Candidate and Recruiting data assets and identify key data opportunities to inform our data strategy.
  • Implement Global Data Governance Requirements: Define and implement global data governance requirements, ensuring key capabilities and controls are implemented to enable efficient data use globally.
  • Lead Data Governance Activities: Lead activities related to the Candidate and Recruiting's Data Governance strategy, including metadata management, data lineage, master data management, data quality, data architecture, and informing data product development priorities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with functional and technical team members to prioritize and pursue business and technical initiatives in the roadmap to achieve a global data strategy.
  • Develop Analytics and Frameworks: Develop analytics, frameworks, and KPIs to drive a step-change in data quality issue management, data security, data profiling, and data governance maturity.
  • Communicate with Senior Executive Teams: Communicate with senior executive teams the importance of the data strategy for the success of CORUS Consulting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working in data-related or project roles, preferably in data management, data governance, CDO office, or BI & analytics team.
  • Skills: Strong customer and business focus, demonstrated ability to form effective working relationships and resolve conflicts, hands-on experience using data governance tools, and solid understanding of candidate and recruiting data constructs and domains.
