Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Head of Operations to spearhead and revolutionize our manufacturing and distribution processes. As the highest-ranking operations position within the organization, you will play a vital role in the senior leadership team, ensuring that our commercial and supply chain operations are strategically aligned. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be essential in formulating and executing the operational strategy, guaranteeing its integration with our overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold transparent reporting frameworks and performance visibility across all operational facets.
- Devise and execute effective strategies to boost efficiency and productivity, ensuring processes are scalable and repeatable.
- Oversee the strategic transition to a new operational facility, managing design, setup, and implementation phases.
- Develop and implement extensive training and development initiatives to foster continuous learning.
- Manage budgets effectively, promoting cost-efficient operations while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation driven by defined objectives and KPIs.
- Represent operations in senior leadership discussions, contributing to the overall business strategy and decision-making.
- Integrate commercial operations with supply chain functions to ensure alignment and cohesion.

As the Head of Operations, you will be pivotal in our forthcoming site transition, ensuring operational stability and success. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications for Success
- A proven history in a senior operational leadership role within manufacturing and distribution sectors.
- Minimum of 10 years in senior operations management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
