Role Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Head of Operations to spearhead and revolutionize our manufacturing and distribution processes. As the highest-ranking operations position within the organization, you will play a vital role in the senior leadership team, ensuring that our commercial and supply chain operations are strategically aligned. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be essential in formulating and executing the operational strategy, guaranteeing its integration with our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold transparent reporting frameworks and performance visibility across all operational facets.
  • Devise and execute effective strategies to boost efficiency and productivity, ensuring processes are scalable and repeatable.

As the Head of Operations, you will be pivotal in our forthcoming site transition, ensuring operational stability and success. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications for Success
